• Companies with highly engaged employees are 50% less likely to have workplace accidents and 41% fewer quality defects (presumably as a result of human error), therefore lowering the costs associated with a loss in man hours due to sick leave, as well as lowering the costs associated with poor service/ craftsmanship.
